Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance websites on Shopify and WordPress (Elementor), ensuring seamless user experiences.

You will implement custom web designs, develop websites, optimize site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience. You will also collaborate with creatives, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams. Additionally, you will provide reports and updates on web projects and programs, set up analytics and notification systems, and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Custom Web Designs: Design and develop custom websites using Shopify and WordPress (Elementor).
  • Optimize Site Speed: Improve site loading speed and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams, including creatives, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams.
  • Provide Updates: Regularly update clients and stakeholders on web project progress and performance.
  • Set Up Analytics: Configure analytics tools to track website performance and user behavior.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in client management, web development, and communications.
  • Passion and experience in web development (Shopify & WordPress/Elementor) and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with social and digital media advertising.
  • Experience running multi-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
