Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned treasury expert to lead and manage day-to-day treasury operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing cash positioning, payment approvals, reconciliations, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of treasury processes to support efficient cash management structures.
  • Maintaining strong internal controls to guarantee safe and traceable financial transactions.
  • Generating reports and risk assessments to support financial planning and decision-making.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in treasury operations with a strong focus on back-office functions.
  • Previous experience in fintechs or multinational companies with cross-border transactions.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-country cash operations and navigating financial complexity.
  • Strong track record implementing and maintaining financial controls.
  • Exposure to high-risk environments is a plus.
  • Accounting knowledge or collaboration with accounting teams is highly valued.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
