Virtual Researcher - Marketing Insights

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Researcher to support our marketing team with research and data collection for digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and compile lists of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets
  • Gather data from websites, social platforms, and third-party tools
  • Scrape information from search engines and databases
  • Identify relevant statistics and supporting evidence for marketing campaigns
  • Assist with ad-hoc research tasks such as trend analysis and contact verification
  • Maintain organized records and deliver clean, accurate data to the marketing team
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in virtual assistance, research, or data entry
  • Basic familiarity with data scraping tools or techniques
  • Experience with media list building or journalist databases
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and web-based tools
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
