We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing tools, systems, and workflows to drive operational excellence. They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining company-wide tools to support scalable operations. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing internal tools and automations to improve user enablement and documentation
  • Designing and configuring company-wide tools to support scalable operations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field. They will also have 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
