The job entails crafting, deploying, and maintaining intricate workflows for various clients.

  • Develop, test, and refine automation sequences using Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools
  • Integrate diverse applications, APIs, and data sources to optimize processes
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
  • Document procedures and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Continuously research and experiment with innovative AI tools and automation methods

This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal development and delivery, suitable for problem-solvers who excel at building intelligent, scalable systems.

Requirements
  • Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools
  • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus
