You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines. You will also plan and attend various recruitment functions for the organization, including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs, and national conferences.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience and education.
  • 1-year relevant recruiting experience is required.
  • Knowledge in certifications and clinical space recruitment is a PLUS.
  • Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work on QC/BGC - mid-shift.
