About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership position within our visa department. As a Senior Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for managing daily visa affairs, including follow-up on new progress, BI daily information notification, internal information update, and all visa renewal/visa extension/9G visa/visa downgrade processing. You will also assist colleagues with other matters as required by your immediate Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Daily Visa Affairs: Ensure timely and efficient processing of visa applications, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  2. Follow-up on New Progress: Regularly monitor and follow up on visa application status, identify potential issues, and escalate them to relevant authorities.
  3. BI Daily Information Notification: Stay up-to-date with the latest BI (Background Investigation) requirements, notify colleagues of any changes or updates, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. All Visa Renewal/Extension/9G Visa/Downgrade Processing: Coordinate and execute visa renewals, extensions, 9G visa, and downgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
  5. Assist Colleagues: Provide support to colleagues with other matters as required by your immediate Supervisor, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.
