The Guest Services Representative will be the central point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experiences are seamless and memorable. The role involves promptly responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and updating reservations accurately.
Main Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to guest inquiries and communications
- Answer guest phone calls
- Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service
- Update reservations accurately for proper accounting
- Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues
- Proficiency with online travel agency booking channels
- Familiarity with short-term rental property management systems
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Monthly salary: $800 - $1,000 USD based on experience
- Two weeks of paid vacation after six months
