Quality Excellence Manager Opportunity
Description

We are seeking a talented individual to manage our quality excellence programs, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to drive standardization across all clients.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives to meet business, internal, and ISO certification requirements.
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization to enhance quality management.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for assigned verticals, optimizing quality outcomes.
  • Support business development and solution in select areas, responding to RFPs and RFIs with a quality perspective.
