About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Associate - Customer Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Bag groceries efficiently and accurately, following defined procedures
  • Maintain a methodical work area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, resolving any issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including prompt goods pick-up service and collecting shopping carts from the parking lot

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
