Senior Backend Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with modern data stacks, including dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, and JavaScript/Python. They will also be comfortable working in AI-native environments and have expertise in tools like GPT or custom agents.

  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Build and deploy microservices and tools that support operational and community use cases.
  • Owning backend architecture, with an emphasis on scalability, automation, and velocity.
  • Integrate third-party platforms and unify customer data across systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, JavaScript and Python).
  • Comfortable working in AI-native environments, rapidly deploying tools like GPT, or custom agents.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, growth, and ops teams.
  • Ambiguity handling and end-to-end problem ownership.
