Job Title

A Data Engineer position has opened up in our IT team.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative data engineer to play a key role in driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

About the Role

This position involves designing and implementing robust and scalable pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions. You will work closely with Solution Architects, BI Developers, Data analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

  • You will identify and resolve complex data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data pipelines failures.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing processes and optimize whenever required.
Requirements

Core Competencies (Must-have)

  • At least 3 years of experience in development using Python.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data integration, with a solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques along with ETL development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Web APIs development.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SQL and Data Modelling.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data level security.

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have)

  • SAP BW, MicroStrategy.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
