Spiritual Director

As a senior leadership role, this position oversees the spiritual ministry at a hospital. The Spiritual Director serves as the spiritual leader of the hospital, patients, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategic objectives and promote Integral Mission.
  • Design, implement, and oversee ministry programs across Patient Ministry, Coworker's Discipleship, and Community Engagement.
  • Lead and mentor Spiritual Team members and other coworkers.
  • Establish and model standards of Christian conduct for coworkers, patients, families, and the community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Theology preferred.
  • Professional Driver's license required.
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience as a pastor or chaplain in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in evangelistic outreach, especially for children and families.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Fluent in English, Tagalog & Cebuano.
  • Strong Christian faith and prayer life.
  • Ability to conduct biblical counseling and share the gospel.

This role requires a deep understanding of spiritual principles and the ability to apply them in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will be a strong Christian leader with experience in pastoral care, team leadership, and community engagement.
