Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Prior-Approved Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at HENEDROIT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Accurately process timesheets, handle calculations for higher pay, back pay, termination pay, and tax adjustments.
  • System Setup and Management: Set up new employee records in payroll systems, verify personnel file details, and review payroll exception reports for accuracy.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare STP reports, BAS & IAS, reconciliation of BAS, annual accounts, and reconciliation of payroll and payroll tax.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience in bookkeeping with Australian clients, ideally handling multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong Knowledge of accounting systems including Xero, Micropay or Myob, Receiptbank/Dext, Microsoft Applications, Hubdoc, and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with ATO Website and superannuation clearing houses.
