Job Summary

The Lead Team Facilitator will be responsible for filling in for the Store Manager in times of absence, making executive decisions, and providing accountability. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Making informed decisions to drive business growth and improve operations.
  • Providing guidance and direction to staff members.
  • Liaising between managers, customers, and employees to ensure seamless communication.
  • Helping to create and maintain a respectful and inclusive team environment.
  • Supporting ongoing learning and development of team members.
  • Conducting employee performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Solving problems within the workplace efficiently.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to make informed decisions and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with store operations and policies.
