About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a financial auditor to work with us in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing corporate audit and providing services related to business assurance and internal consulting activities aimed at adding value and improving our overall operation, internal control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Identify areas for improvement in our financial processes and provide recommendations for enhancements
* Collaborate with process owners to implement action plans on audit findings
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in auditing or a related field
* Proficient in accounting standards, procedures, and techniques
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: PHP 20,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience)
* Compressed work schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM)
