About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Auditor Manager with expertise in financial compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting and internal auditing standards, procedures, and techniques. A background in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with relevant experience in operations or financial audit.
  • Proficient in applying accounting and internal auditing standards, procedures, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, between PHP 20,000 to PHP 35,000 per month. Additionally, they will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and career growth opportunities within the company.
