About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous data professional to guarantee Salesforce data accuracy and consistency. You will be responsible for executing data migrations, cleaning records, and maintaining reliable CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute seamless data transitions from legacy systems to Salesforce
  • Clean and standardize large datasets for import
  • Eliminate duplicate records while preserving key information
  • Enrich account and contact records with missing details such as addresses and company data
  • Standardize field formats (phone numbers, picklist values, number fields)
  • Ensure ongoing Salesforce data integrity for reliability and accuracy
  • Utilize Salesforce tools, Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and SOQL to query, analyze, and update data
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and relationships
  • Data manipulation skills: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, deduplication, filtering, sorting)
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
  • Tool knowledge: Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and reporting
  • Previous migration experience: Understanding of field mapping, duplicate rules, and data enrichment processes
