Data Analyst Role

Craft an exceptional user experience for chat users on both Android and iOS.

  • We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define KPIs, create measurement plans, reports, and dashboards to optimize user engagement.
  2. Develop measurement specifications for new features in collaboration with Engineers.
  3. Participate in daily agile product development activities (standups, brainstorming, planning, and backlog refinement).
  4. Design and analyze A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Fundamental knowledge of statistics including averages, means, quantiles, and correlations is required.
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect and analyze data for business insights is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
