Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our platform, you'll be responsible for building, owning, and reporting on the performance of complex end-to-end systems.

  • You'll work closely with our product team to refine the product roadmap and make strategic decisions.
  • You'll collaborate with our engineering team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: You've played a crucial role in building and maintaining large-scale products and have worked both backend and frontend.
  • Systems thinking: You know how to think high-level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products, 3rd party services, etc.
  • Speed: You work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time.
  • Focus: You know how and when to engage or be heads down in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: You know how to inspire, play, and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Tech Stack: NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Java, Go, Python.
