Content Editor Role

We are seeking an experienced content editor to refine and enhance our blog content, ensuring it meets high standards for quality, accuracy, and client alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy
  • Strategically add relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience
  • Ensure all client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are appropriately represented
  • Select and insert appropriate images, including writing effective alt text
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations
Requirements:
  • Proven editorial background with extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content
  • Strong understanding and application of AP style guidelines
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a natural wordsmithing ability
  • Proficiency with Grammarly and the ability to work quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, preferably aligning with EST (Eastern Standard Time) for easier collaboration
