Dynamic Motion Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics that bring brand stories to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling motion graphics to enhance brand narratives
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into effective motion graphics solutions
  • Add dynamism to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Elevate video engagement with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects
  • Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience in a digital marketing agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive, humble, and collaborative mindset with a solutions-based approach
