Job Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the development, delivery, and performance of non-network managed services. This role is responsible for strategic vendor relationships, product lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.

  • This includes building and managing partnerships with key vendors to drive service growth, procurement efficiency, and training enablement.
  • The manager will own the full product lifecycle across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware solutions.
