About the Role

Harris & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time US Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join our team in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff to ensure effective team performance.
  • Develop technical expertise to become a valuable resource for the firm.
  • Manage multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Engage clients in strategic discussions to enhance their organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead engagements on budget and on time, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to all levels of the CAS team, promoting team members' growth and responsibility.
  • Prepare monthly client billings for led engagements, driving realization and effectively explaining variances.
  • Collaborate with the Tax Department to coordinate CAS services delivery to the US tax team.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and clients from the US, fostering strong relationships.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with peers and leaders from the US to review assignments, feedback, and issues, providing necessary education or retraining.
  • Oversee workflow and assignments for staff, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Regularly review performance and productivity reports, offering constructive feedback to staff as needed.
  • Provide quality assurance checks on work assignments, delivering feedback and subsequent education or training to staff.
  • Evaluate forecasts against capacity to support scheduling and workflow balance.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to team members, including conducting reviews.
