Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven years of experience in HR, with a broad understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Experience in recruitment for retail is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
