Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the rollout of Unified Communications solutions across offices globally.
- Execute daily tasks including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfilment ITIL processes.
- Support implementation and integration of Unified Communications solutions.
- Create and update operational documentation.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Practical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications.
- Experience with Cisco UC, CCNA/CCNP Collaboration certifications or equivalent level of skills and experience.
- Experience with VoIP protocols and UC systems integration methods.
- Familiarity with UC network architecture.
- Understanding of network switching and routing as related to Unified Communications and Voice over IP networks, including SIP protocol suite.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity and understanding of best IT practices (ITIL).
- Good spoken and written English skills.
