About the Role
The Coordinating Specialist is a key position within our team at HRK Consulting Corp. This role involves coordinating meetings, events, and projects while ensuring seamless communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Coordinate meeting venues and schedules for various stakeholders involved in a project.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and other interested parties.
• Coordinate company projects, activities, and meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document processing, and report preparation.
• Process personnel-related documents including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant information regarding absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates and update the database regularly.
• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients, customers, and project users to gauge satisfaction and success levels.
• Maintain accurate contact lists of collaborators and update their information periodically.
• Perform other duties as required by the company.
