Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product innovation plans to achieve sales, profit, market share, equity, awareness, and engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement market and consumer research studies.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new product innovations, improved products, packaging, promotions, advertising communication materials, integrated marketing campaigns, PR/influencer marketing initiatives, and channels initiatives.
  • Manage and track A&P budgets and spending, as well as conduct financial and profit and loss statement analysis for assigned categories and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product innovation, preferably in FMCG, QSR, or F&B industry.
  • Strong project management, leadership, analytical, strategic, logical, creativity, and resourcefulness skills.
