Job Summary:

Support new hire classes in a proctor capacity, ensuring effective classroom management and facilitating seamless training experiences.

Proctors work closely with Trainers to monitor agent behavior, address technical concerns, and maintain a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Trainers with classroom management, including monitoring agents' engagement and addressing system issues.
  • Monitor classroom activity throughout the day, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Check on agents' behavior, addressing disengagement, confusion, or technical concerns.
  • Assist new hires with technical issues, such as system problems, camera concerns, or connectivity issues.
  • Work with Trainers to ensure all new hire classes are on the same page during facilitation and activities.
  • Minimize interruptions during class by muting agents who are off mute while others are talking and calling out unnecessary background noises.
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Trainer, such as DEJ updates, lesson completion reports, and coordinate HR/IT/OPs interactions with agents.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take attendance at the start of class each day, after breaks, and lunch.
  • Act as timekeeper of the class, ensuring accurate tracking of agent hours.
  • Monitor agent breaks or time away from the class that is not planned or longer than planned.
  • Assist with IT issues/troubleshooting, helping agents with system lockouts, ResultsCX or client access issues.
  • Submit IT tickets and follow up on them.
  • Boost Engagement by encouraging participation, acknowledging correct and incorrect responses, and providing feedback to the Trainer on class-level engagement and group dynamics.
Off-Class Duties:
  • When not in class, Proctors may take phone calls until a class is assigned.
  • Attend trainings as a Leadership Developmental when not in class.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in personal computer use.
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with Trainers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work different shifts as required.
