Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various channels, including print, digital, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality graphics for brand campaigns, product marketing, internal communications, and advertising.
  • Design and optimize images for Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok platforms to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Create original illustrations and vector graphics for brand storytelling and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly design assets.
  • Participate in wireframing, prototyping, and user feedback sessions to ensure designs align with a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • Develop short-form animations, explainer videos, or motion assets to elevate digital storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience in a design role.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Sketch, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent aesthetic sense with high attention to detail and consistency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and articulate design ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all channels.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required — willingness to learn is essential.
