Information Security Professional

This role is a key member of our Information Security Operations Center (ISOC) team, providing critical support for Enterprise Customer Care. To excel in this position, you will need to possess deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems using strong TCP/IP networking skills.
- Configure, manage, and upgrade Firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems, Internal Vulnerability Scanners, and Intrusion Protection Systems platforms.
- Analyze and respond to security events from various data sources.
- Interface with customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner.
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts and information security best practices.
- TCP/IP networking skills.
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper/NetScreen security products.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of information security or networking experience.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
