About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of AutoCAD and the ability to translate hand-drawn sketches into precise CAD files.

  • Create technical drawings from basic to advanced complexity based on hand sketches provided by designers.
  • Refine and format CAD drawings for client presentation, aligning with industry standards.
  • Edit schematic drawings based on feedback.
  • Complete detailed design documentation post-design development, including dimensions, door & window sizes, electrical plans, and more.
  • Revise floor plans and layouts in response to markups.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with PDF markups.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
