Loss Prevention Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Loss Prevention Specialist to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills. They will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of surveillance footage, classifying and interpreting events in video feeds, processing theft reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
  • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
  • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
  • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
  • Update and maintain theft tracking systems
