Operational Cash Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Operations Staff is to ensure accurate cash collection and verification from Deposit Pick-Up clients under off-site verification facilities.
- Accurate counting and verification of all cash collections to minimize client complaints
- Compliance with standard procedures and policies in cash verification and handling to prevent monetary losses due to discrepancies
- Timely reporting, coordination, and documentation of discrepancies
- Proper turnover and acknowledgement of cash surrendered to custodians
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance-related courses
- At least one year of relevant work experience in Cash Operations
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Understanding of bank policies and procedures, particularly for Cash Operations
- Ability to perform fieldwork
