Warehouse Operations Director

The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end performance of Growsari warehouses. Key responsibilities include overseeing order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Operations: Ensure pick and pack operations follow SOPs and meet KPIs for packing accuracy, out-of-stock levels, and volume handled.
• Escalate out-of-stock and other inventory issues in a timely manner to reduce loss of business.
• Recommend further process improvements in Fulfillment Operations.
• Dispatch Operations: Ensure the dispatch and delivery team follows all SOPs for dispatch, returns, collections, and cancellations.
• Ensure timely and complete returns processing by resolving all variances between expected and actual returns amounts.
• Inventory Operations: Oversee the entire inventory process and ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of reports.
• People Management: Evaluate all direct hires, impose sanctions for any violations, and recommend plans to control or reduce attrition rates.
• Admin/Reportorial Requirements: Prepare administrative reports, including sales analysis, operations analysis, billing statements, and cost-cutting measures.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations at a managerial level in consumer goods, retail, or logistics industries.
• An impact-driven attitude, problem-solving skills, analytical mind, and strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Fluency in Tagalog and good working English.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of operations management experience, with 2 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products.
