The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of Admission and Aid.

Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Director to process attendance and leave applications for employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including petty cash funds, liquidations, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Maintain precise records of financial transactions and expenses.
- Assist with disbursement processes and coordinate event management activities.
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an academe
• Familiarity with educational systems is advantageous
