Staff Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Office of Admission and Aid.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage daily operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from various stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with the Director to process attendance and leave applications for employees.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including petty cash funds, liquidations, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
  4. Maintain precise records of financial transactions and expenses.
  5. Assist with disbursement processes and coordinate event management activities.
Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree holder

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an academe

• Familiarity with educational systems is advantageous
