Job Title

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports using data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions for HR processes.
  • Partner with IT to develop and maintain the HR data warehouse.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing processes.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualization software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders.
