Administrative Support Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of service delivery to HQ, Operations and Client teams.
- Assist in the collection and organization of DTRs, Delivery notes and any other relevant documentation for alignment with the billing process.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations on CME requests, delivery dates in line with delivery availability slots, and assist in organizing gate passes as needed.
- Support the Finance team with any invoice queries or requirements.
- Respond to any queries from clients as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in any field.
- Two (2) years of operations/facilities services experience.
- Must demonstrate proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Computer Literate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
