Job Description

The Executive Assistant role is essential in supporting our clients' business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings for associates and clients, ensuring all necessary details are communicated.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare agendas, meeting invitations, and minutes for attendees.
  • Task Management: Maintain key task items for associates on business development plans.
  • Communication: Liaise with other associates and acquire updates and knowledge on project status and tasks.
  • Support Services: Provide consultative, research, and investigative support to clients as required.
  • Logistics Planning: Assist clients in planning and implementing new business ventures.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and effectively handling complaints.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in executive administration or secretarial roles.
  • Virtual Administration: Experience in virtual administration of teams.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Liaison: Experience in liaising with high-level stakeholders.
  • Reporting Skills: Experience in preparing reports and other reportorial documents.
  • Information Handling: Experience in handling information requests and directives.
  • BPO Knowledge: Understanding of relevant policies, requirements, and procedures of BPO companies.
