Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative social media strategist to drive our online presence and engage with customers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling content strategies across multiple platforms, managing our brand image, and collaborating with influencers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with business objectives

  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visually appealing content
  • Identify and maintain relationships with influential partners and content creators
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future content decisions

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and user-generated content collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a significant advantage
