Leading Crypto Casino Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead and execute our marketing strategy across various crypto casino projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
About The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multifaceted marketing strategy to drive user engagement and loyalty
- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
- Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance
- Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
- Strong leadership and remote team management experience
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
- Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
- Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, native ads)
- Affiliate network management experience
