As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social calendars across multiple brands to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and create engaging content that resonates with them.
  • Run Meta ads efficiently, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform social content and operational decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with on-ground teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Think critically and solve problems independently, always staying ahead of the curve in social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience running social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and ability to optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, engagement tactics, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of how social media drives business growth and revenue, not just impressions.
