As a seasoned data professional, you will play a pivotal role in our fight against financial crimes globally. Your expertise in data modeling and analysis will help us tackle complex challenges head-on.

  1. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements, develop robust data models, and design functional frameworks for data solutions.
  2. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure seamless integration with our data engineering team.
  3. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee accuracy and data quality.
  4. In addition, you will contribute to defining requirements for data quality, data lineage, and data governance.

Requirements for Success:

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in IT processes and/or software implementations.
  3. A strong self-starter with excellent teamwork skills, capable of working in a global team across various locations.
  4. An intermediate understanding and experience around data management, data warehousing, data modeling techniques, data architecture, data mapping, and data profiling.
  5. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL programming.
  6. Familiarity with basic banking concepts is an advantage.
  7. A strong analytical and abstract thinking skillset.
  8. A results-driven approach with the ability to find solutions or prevent problems.
  9. Effective communication across diverse skillsets and seniority levels.
  10. A passion for learning and asking relevant questions when determining business requirements.
