Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through active listening and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to independently assess and resolve complex situations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Manage a high-volume call environment, handling 50+ calls per day while maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
  • Simultaneously utilize phones, contact center software, and other communication mediums to provide efficient service.
  • Identify potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or business objectives, determining escalation routes when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Perform various tasks, including application assistance, status updates, employee referral requests, requisition creation, password resets, and other services as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center software.
  • Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
