Accounting Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a proven track record of handling financial tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax filings and audits.
  • Generate reports and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting or related field.
