Financial Clerk Position
Job Overview:This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and making timely payments and collections.
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation: They will reconcile bank and credit card statements, as well as general ledger accounts, to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Analysis and Recommendations: The selected candidate will analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Accounting Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper with expertise in accounting principles and QuickBooks.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Additional Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing financial records, making sound financial decisions, and meeting deadlines.
