As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research to identify trends and develop recruitment plans that align with business objectives;
  2. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies;
  3. Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks;
  4. Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless candidate experience;
  5. Evaluate and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them with vacant positions;

You will also promote our organization's employment opportunities and provide timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
