Email Marketing QA Lead Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in CRM operations, email quality assurance, and campaign compliance? We're seeking an Email Marketing QA Lead to join our team and help scale CRM campaigns with precision, compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in similar roles, proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team, and intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools. You'll be responsible for managing task assignments, performing QA reviews, maintaining and reinforcing QA playbooks, leading weekly reporting, and supporting recurring audits.

  • Manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes
  • Maintain and reinforce QA playbooks, compliance runbooks, and documentation standards
  • Lead weekly reporting on QA metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health
  • Support recurring audits (e.g., opt-out compliance, pixel/tag verification)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across a team
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools (e.g. Braze, SFMC, Hightouch, Google/Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience maintaining QA documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign opt-out/pixel/tag governance

About the Role

This is a remote role that requires availability during U.S. EST hours. As an Email Marketing QA Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lifecycle marketing efforts. You'll manage workflow queues, conduct campaign QA, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.
