Senior Tax Specialist

This is a dedicated role for a Tax Professional to work with clients in the United States of America. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation and be skilled in using tools such as Lacerte, Excel, Adobe Acrobat or similar software.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and review client-provided tax documents for completeness and accuracy prior to preparation.
- Enter and review tax data into preparation software with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and support the filing of federal and state tax returns, including Schedule C and Schedule E.
- Organize and verify supporting documentation for client returns.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tax and financial information.
- Meet established deadlines and collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of returns.
- At least one (1) year of tax preparation experience.
- Stable employment history.
- Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills.
