Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Expert to join our team as a Senior Tax Reviewer. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires exclusivity to this position and no part-time or freelance work once hired.

This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional looking to grow into a leadership position and take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and oversee the preparation of individual and business tax returns
  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify information and deliver expert tax guidance
  • Develop and implement tax strategies and planning for clients
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Participate in and lead an Enrolled Agent (EA) study group
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Preparer
  • Experience reviewing tax returns
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with tax planning and explaining strategies in simple terms
